Ready for something a little different? Tasmania has a wealth of unique edible native plants, including this aromatic native oregano (prostanthera rotundifolia). Delicious in savoury dishes including chicken, meat (especially lamb), pasta, pizza and focaccia, it has an earthy-citrus-mint-oregano mix of flavours. Native oregano can also be used in sauces, or steeped in hot water for a refreshing tea.
The Australian-made pouch is 100% compostable, the inner clear plastic pack is biodegradable, and the recyclable sticker is made with vegetable-based inks in a GreenPowered factory.
