These are real edible flowers, with a shelf life of up to a year…if you have the willpower! Stunning as cake toppers, you can store them in your pantry, ready to use at a moments notice. They are made from fresh edible flowers, delicately painted with a vegan-friendly egg substitute, sprinkled with sugar, then left to harden and dry over several days. These photos are examples of the seasonal mix you will receive. Each box contains around 10 flowers, with a few additional petals or leaves. Store in an airtight container, away from light and humidity (not in the fridge) – and always be sure to decorate your cakes only when they are completely cooled. The flowers look particularly good on wedding cakes, cup cakes and cakes, desserts and cookies.
